Every one of those devices ran through a homegrown platform on on-premise servers. It was aging, increasingly unreliable, and expensive to host. Outages came monthly and ran for days at a time. The platform was the business, and everyone knew a rebuild was coming.
But rewrites of load-bearing systems are exactly the projects that run years late, and the quotes from traditional development partners put the work out of reach.
We spent several weeks inside their systems, their product, and their long-term plans before anyone priced a build. That’s the assessment doing its job. It answered two questions honestly: whether the current platform could be kept alive in the short term, and what a rebuilt platform would open up in market reach and revenue.

While they stabilized, we built the new platform on AWS. We used AI extensively throughout the build. It’s the productivity engine behind our fixed-price model.
The stabilization plan ended the outage cycle before the new platform ever shipped. Monthly, multi-day outages became controlled maintenance windows with minimal downtime.
Then came the migration. The platform now runs on AWS with full availability, at less than a fifth of the old hosting cost. We delivered the rebuild, fixed price, for less than half of what traditional development partners had quoted.
That isn’t a discount. It’s what AI-native delivery does to the cost of serious work.
