This site is operated by Carbon10, Inc. (“Carbon10”, “we”, “us”). For anything related to this policy or your personal data, contact us at info@carbon10.io.

We collect personal data in two places on this site:

• The assessment application. If you apply, we collect the details you enter: your name, title, company, work email, and phone number, plus the optional business context you choose to share (revenue range, industry, location, team details, and free-text answers about your situation). We use this to evaluate your application, respond to you, and, if we work together, to prepare the engagement. We don’t use it for marketing lists.
• Analytics, only with your consent. If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — pages visited, how visitors arrive, and aggregate usage patterns. If you decline or ignore the banner, Google Analytics never loads and no analytics cookies are set. The site works identically either way.
• Email. If you email us directly, we keep the correspondence for as long as it’s relevant to the conversation or a potential engagement.

This site sets one cookie of its own and, only after you accept analytics, cookies from Google:

• c10-consent — records your cookie-banner choice so we don’t ask again. Kept for 180 days. Set whether you accept or decline.
• _ga and _ga_* — set by Google Analytics only after you accept. Used to distinguish visitors and sessions. Durations are set by Google and are typically up to two years, subject to your browser’s limits.
• To change your mind, clear this site’s cookies in your browser and the banner will ask again on your next visit.

We don’t sell personal data, and we don’t share it with advertisers. Application details stay with Carbon10. If you consent to analytics, usage data is processed by Google LLC under Google Analytics’ terms; Google may process that data on servers outside your country.

Application data is kept for as long as it’s relevant to evaluating or serving a potential engagement, after which it’s deleted. Analytics data is retained under the retention period configured in Google Analytics and appears to us only in aggregate.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict how we process it, and to withdraw consent at any time (withdrawing consent doesn’t affect processing that already happened). To exercise any of these, email info@carbon10.io and we’ll respond promptly. If you believe we’ve mishandled your data, you can also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

If we change how this site handles personal data, we’ll update this page and its effective date. Material changes to what we collect or why will be reflected here before they take effect.
